The new Samsung Galaxy M40 had been launched in India in the month of June by samsung and the reviews are shocking although samsung launching a snapdragon 675 processor device in 20,000 Rs segment is itself suprising but the competition is more because Xiaomi had already launched a snapdragon 675 processor device in 14,000-17,000 Rs segment ,So lets see how the new Samsung Galaxy M40 holds the position in the market. Now lets come to the review, pro's and con's of Samsung Galaxy M40.
PRO'S-
1. DISPLAY:
as we know samsung is famous for its infinity display ,the Samsung Galaxy M40
comes with a 6.4"Infinity O Display at the price range of 20,000 rs , the display is vivid and sharp.
NOTE: It'
s a PLS TFT LCD panel instead of Samsung's Super AMOLED panels, which are used on the Galaxy M30
2. DESIGN:
The new Samsung Galaxy M40 comes with a modern and good looking design and has its looks one of the main reason to go for it but the material used to build Samsung Galaxy M40
is plastic although samsung calls it "3D glasstic" because of its glossy look and 3D colour.
3. BATTERY:
Samsung Galaxy M40 comes up with large 3500 mah battery ,the battery performance is overall good ,Samsung claims that the battery of Samsung Galaxy M40 lasts one day with a single charge,one more good thing about the new Samsung Galaxy M40 is the it comes with a type-c charging port and a 15W charger within the box.
4. UP-TO-DATE SOFTWARE:
Samsung Galaxy M40 comes with android 9 pie and oneui ,samsung is also famous for their stable ui and up-to-date softwares.
5.GOOD GAMING PERFORMANCE:
Samsung Galaxy M40 is a good gaming smart phone, as we have tested it Samsung Galaxy M40 runs asphalt 9 at high graphic setting without lag and after our pubg test on Samsung Galaxy M40 we found out that the device supports extreme frame rates which is 60 fps at smooth graphics and ultra frame rates that is 40 fps at hdr graphics.

6.IN-DISPLAY-SOUND:
Samsung Galaxy M40 does not have a speaker grill on the body. Instead of it the sound comes out through the display using vibrations in the display.

CON'S-
1.HEATING:
Samsung Galaxy M40 has some heating issue the device temperature goes up after 30-40 mins of PUBG mobile so samsung needs to optimize or push updates for the heating issue.
2.CAMERA:
Samsung Galaxy M40 is provided with triple camera ,The triple rear cameras on the Galaxy M40 are of a 32-megapixel main sensor with f/1.7 aperture, 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. There's no optical stabilisation. The con is that the device is not provided with optical stabilisation and the device camera comes with 12 megapixel default option but we can change it to 32 megapixel manually but it's better to stick with default option because it provides better pictures, Samsung Galaxy M40 provides 4k videos to capture!!
3. HYBRID DUAL SIM TRAY:
Samsung Galaxy M40 provides hybrid sim slots so a user can use 2 sim at a time or 1 sim and 1 memory card but it's not a big issue it's the user had bought high storage varient but it's still a con
4. NO HEADPHONE JACK:
Samsung Galaxy M40 has not been provided with 3.5 mm headphone jack it has CDLA headphone option that is the headphone which uses type-c port but the good thing in this con is that Samsung had provided the CDLA headphones in box.
