Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super, GeForce RTX 2070 Super, GeForce RTX 2060 Super GPUs Launched | Indian Prices Announced

Nvidia has removed the packaging from the popular GeForce RTX Super series, the launch of three new models, they say, offering much better performance than the existing 20 RTX GeForce series.

The new GPU Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 RTX GeForce 2070 and GeForce Super Super RTX 2060 will be available worldwide, including in India, from June 9 They are all based on the same Turing architecture as their predecessors, but have larger GPUs with more threads to improve performance.

Although the prices of these GPUs are equal to or slightly higher than the models they replace, the Indian prices are in some cases even lower.

The new GeForce 2080 Super RTX is the most important model, but lower than the GeForce Ti existing RTX 2080, which remains valid at the current price. The price of the GeForce 2080 Super RTX in India is Rs. 61,400 ($ 699 US), against Rs. Introductory price 69,900 for the GeForce RTX 2080. According to Nvidia, this GPU offers more performance than the workstation Nvidia Titan Xp. Graphics cards based on this GPU, including the Nvidia Founders Edition card, will be available for sale from July 23.

The GeForce RTX 2070 Super has a price of Rs. 43,600 in India ($ 499 US), against Rs. 52,500 for the GeForce RTX 2070, but offers more performance than the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti previous generation, according to Nvidia. This GPU and the graphic card of the Founders Edition will be launched in India and the rest of the world from July 9.

The GeForce RTX 2060 Super is positioned as an improved version of the GeForce RTX 2060 and not as a direct replacement. The price is Rs. 34,890 ($ 399 US) compared to Rs. 31,000 for its previous counterpart, but would perform on a par with the GeForce GTX 1080 much more expensive. This model will also be for sale internationally, including India, July 9.

Buyers of one of the three new GPUs will benefit from two free games that are activated for RTX, Wolfenstein: Youngblood and Control, with a total value of approximately RS. 3,600 in India. Nvidia has not announced any additional 'Ti Super' GPUs, as suggested by the rumors, but can be announced later.

Nvidia introduced its own graphic cards for the Founders Edition based on the three GPUs, which will be sold through the company's website in India. The existing GeForce RTX 2080 and GeForce RTX 2070 are no longer available, but are expected to remain on the market for some time. The GeForce RTX 2060 continues to function as the entry level RTX model above the GeForce GTX 16 series and no price adjustments have yet been announced.

The company emphasizes that more and more games, including current and future headlines, support ray tracing effects for shadows, reflections and light effects. These features and prizes are expected to help Nvidia compete with future AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT and Radeon RX 5700 graphics processors, which will be released worldwide on July 7.
